Catherine has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Kentucky. Additionally she earned a Masters in Business Administration for the H.Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entreprenuership from Nova Southeastern University. Cathi has experience in both in-patient and out-patient healthcare settings. Prior to her position at Liberty, she was the Program Coordinator/Registered Dietitian for an American Diabetes Association Recognized program with a community medical system. She is an active member of several professional and civic organizations. She enjoys staying active and emphasizes the importance of the healthy eating and exercise when counseling patients with diabetes.
