Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • Dash (1/8 tsp) salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vinegar and mustard until smooth
